The ULTepap from Bryggs Medical is an expiratory positive air pressure device that does not require a hose or PAP machine. Both nasal cushions feature patented Rashidi-Sleeper valves that collapse when you inhale and inflate when you exhale. Your breath travels through a series of small grooves, creating back pressure and expanding your airway in the process. Soft, elastic headgear holds the cushions in place.
This starter kit contains standard-size headgear, cushions in three sizes, and a travel case.
